Product overview:
In order to improve the consistency of the battery cells, so as to produce battery packs with the best cycle life, the lithium-ion battery OCV/IR testing and sorting machines are required for battery cell manufacturers and battery pack manufacturers.
The battery sorting machine is a professional automatic battery grading machine that adopts four-wire connection and AC method to measure the OCV/IR of battery cells at high speed, and output the battery cells in grades.
The automatic battery sorting machine is equipped with Industrial PC and high-precision battery OCV/IR tester. The OCV/IR parameters can be easily set on the professional battery sorting software, and then the measured values are compared with the set values, and battery cells of different grades are automatically output to different channels, so as to realize automatic battery testing and sorting.
Scope of application:
The battery sorting machine is suitable for OCV/IR testing and grading of lithium-ion cylindrical battery cells.
The applicable prototype battery type is 18650 cells, and other types of cylindrical cells can be customized, such as 21700 cells, 26650 cells, 26700 cells, 32650 cells, 32700 cells, etc.
