The EV battery discharger discharges the battery through the built-in electronic load, converts the electrical energy into heat energy and then dissipates it.
The EV battery discharger is designed to be portable, small in size, light in weight, and easy to carry. It can be used after connecting the cables without installation.
Scope of application:
The EV battery discharger is suitable for batteries with a maximum voltage of ≤800V and can discharge the battery to a minimum of 10V, such as lithium batteries, li-ion batteries, lead-acid batteries, Ni-MH batteries, Ni-Cd batteries, etc.

Features:
1. High-current discharge with high-precision and high-stability
The load of the EV battery discharger is the nickel-chromium alloy resistor. It has a low resistance value and can achieve high-current discharge. The accuracy can be controlled within ±0.001Ω, and it serves as a load source to make the discharge process more stable. It has a low temperature coefficient, is less affected by the temperature coefficient, and has strong environmental adaptability. It has strong current resistance, resists current impact, and can quickly respond to large current impact, making the discharge process safer and more reliable.
2. Smart chip controls discharge to ensure constant current discharge
The discharge process of the EV battery discharger is intelligently controlled by a smart chip and automatically adjusts as the battery voltage drops to ensure constant current discharge.
3. Battery discharge load test
The EV battery discharger has a built-in electronic load. After setting the stop conditions such as discharge voltage, discharge current, discharge time and discharge capacity, it can perform battery discharge load test and display the discharge current, discharged capacity, battery voltage and discharge time in real time. Furthermore, the discharge stop conditions can be modified during the discharge process.
The battery discharge load test can be stopped when the battery reaches the set voltage, set discharge capacity and set discharge time setting, or a stop command is manually executed.
4. Support three discharge modes
The EV battery discharger supports three discharge modes: constant current discharge, constant power discharge and constant voltage discharge, which can be selected according to requirements.
5. 7-inch large LCD touch screen
The EV battery discharger is equipped with a 7-inch large LCD touch screen with a resolution of 1024x600. It can be used without connecting to a PC. It is simple and easy to operate and has strong anti-interference ability.
6. Supports storing 6 groups of discharge processes
The EV battery discharger supports storing 6 groups of discharge processes, which can be modified or directly called, making battery discharge testing simpler and faster.
7. Discharge curve can be viewed
The EV battery discharger supports viewing the battery voltage and current curves during the discharge process.
8. Battery discharge test data can be exported
The EV battery discharger comes with a USB memory disk for battery discharge test data transfer. The data analysis software can analyze the data and support report generation to facilitate management and identification of test data.
9. Power outage resume test function
The EV battery discharger supports the function of resume test after power outage. During battery discharge testing, the battery discharger loses AC input power after a power outage, when the power supply is restored, the battery discharger will automatically resume the test state before the power outage and continue the test to ensure that the test data is continuous and uninterrupted, and the test process is complete without personnel on duty.
10. Support PC control
The EV battery discharger can be used alone without being connected to a PC. In addition, the EV battery discharger can also be controlled through PC software to perform functions such as discharge process settings, start and stop.
11. Optional: LORA wireless cell-voltage monitoring module
The cell-voltage monitoring module has a wide voltage range, from 1.8V to 16V, which supports various types of battery cells. One cell-voltage monitoring module can monitor 6 cells, and it is a LORA wireless module, making wiring operations easier. The connection frequency band of the cell-voltage monitoring module can be modified and adjusted. It supports frequency bands 1 to 10. The data collected between multiple battery dischargers and multiple cell-voltage monitoring modules will not interfere with each other.
12. Optional: cell-voltage real-time monitoring and display
After the cell-voltage monitoring module is selected, it supports displaying the change trajectory of each cell voltage histogram, supports data table display, and can automatically display the cells with the highest and lowest voltages in real time to help you quickly analyze the changing trend of cells.
13. Optional: Supports parallel use of multiple battery dischargers
When equipped with a master-slave communication cable, multiple EV battery dischargers can be used in parallel.
14. Optional: Compensation discharge function test
After the EV battery discharger is equipped with an external current clamp, if the compensation discharge function is turned on, the internal load will automatically decrease based on the current value detected by the Hall element to ensure constant current discharge of the battery pack.
Note: Current displayed by the battery discharger = Battery discharge current = Internal discharge current of the battery discharger + Actual load current.
15. Optional: Battery internal resistance test
After equipped with the cell-voltage monitoring module, the EV battery discharger supports testing the internal resistance of each single battery cell and supports modification of the coefficient. The measured internal resistance value can be used for reference.
16. Optional: "Online monitoring" function
After the EV battery discharger is equipped with the cell-voltage monitoring module and a current clamp, it will add an "online monitoring" function to record battery voltage, current, capacity, time and other data, and can generate a test report to facilitate the determination of battery SOH.
17. Reserved RS485 host interface
Battery cell voltage sampling. Extended functions, not open by default.
