Product overview:
This automatic battery electrode cutting machine is a high precision electrode die cutter that can make electrode sheets for stacked battery cells with high efficiency.
The rolled battery electrodes are actively deflected and unwound by the unwinding mechanism, and then fed into the die-cutting station by the circular pallet belt. In the die-cutting station, incoming rolled battery electrodes are die-cut into battery electrode sheets of specific shapes. Finally, the pallet belt feeds the formed electrode sheets into the receiving platform, the edge battery electrode is automatically rewound and the electrode sheets are unloaded manually.
Scope of application:
The battery electrode cutting machine can die-cut the rolled battery electrode into the required specific shape of battery electrode sheets. And, the rolled battery electrodes are intermittently coated.
Kindly reminder: It can also be used to die-cut continuously coated battery electrodes by equipping it with a matching die.
Features:
1) The feeding battery electrode is rolled, reducing a slitting process and improving the efficiency of battery electrode preparation.
2) The electrode die cutter machine has stable die-cutting pressure and the die-cutting stroke can be adjusted by handwheel, which is simple and fast.
3) The battery electrode cutting machine is equipped with automatic unwinding, automatic deflection correction and automatic traction functions, which can continuously complete the die-cutting of the whole roll of electrodes.
4) A floating roller tension mechanism is used to ensure that the battery electrodes are fed at a constant tension.
5) The loading of battery electrodes is fed by a pallet belt controlled by a traction servo motor to ensure that the length of each traction is precise and stable.
6) Reliable installation and easy replacement of the die holder, with a fine adjustment device.
7) The electrode cutting machine is equipped with an electrode sheet receiving platform for easy separation and finishing of electrode sheets, and with an edge electrode rewinding mechanism.
8) With electrode sheet die-cutting quantity memory function, and can be set by touch screen.
9) The electrode die cutter machine has two modes of operation, manual and automatic, and has a fault alarm prompt function.
10) The automatic battery electrode die cutting machine adopts aluminum alloy and organic glass closed cover, the door of the cover is equipped with control switch, when the door is opened, the machine will stop automatically to prevent personal injury.
11) The electrode die cutter is controlled by PLC, fully automatic operation, safe and reliable. All operation parameters can be set by touch screen, easy to operate.
