1) Barcode scanning and OCV/IR sorting of prismatic cells

The prismatic cell battery pack assembly line realizes the automatic feeding of cells through robots, then scan the barcode of the cells, battery cell OCV/IR testing and sorting, and enter the buffer channels.

2) Automatic grouping of prismatic cells

After sorting, the robot automatically groups the prismatic cells to ensure the consistency of the cells.

3) Pre-assembly of prismatic cell modules

While the battery automatic optical inspection system checks the polarity of the prismatic cell, the robot automatically loads the end plate of the battery module. Then, glue and stack the prismatic cells, and install spacer plates and side plates.

4) Installation and welding of aluminum busbar and BMS

After the battery module is pre-assembled, the aluminum busbar and BMS are installed and laser welded.

5) CCD automatic optical inspection and manual inspection

Check through CCD automatic optical inspection and manual inspection to exclude NG products.

6) DCIR test of battery module

The battery pack assembly line automatically performs the DCIR test of the battery module, save the test data and the qualified products are circulated to the next process.

7) Automatic installation of battery module top cover

The robot automatically installs the top cover of the battery module and enters the cache area.

8) Insert the battery module into the battery pack housing

The battery pack production line automatically puts the battery module into the battery pack housing and completes the locking of the module fixing screws.

9) Manually connect the battery modules and other connections in the battery pack

After the battery modules are fixed, manually connect the modules and install high-voltage wires, low-voltage wires, connectors, and BMS, etc.

10) Battery pack EOL test

After the installation of the various connections in the battery pack is completed, perform the battery pack EOL test to check whether the performance indicators of the battery pack meet the requirements of the specification.

11) Install the top cover of the battery housing

If the EOL test is qualified, the upper cover can be installed and the sealing performance test can be performed. Then, label printing and pasting for qualified products.
